Nothing free in this world. And fewer flight hours of helicopter, a transport medium that is frequently used President of the Government of the Canary Islands to be present on several islands in one day without having to rely on more conventional means of transport for canaries : the ship and aircraft. A few days ago, on Friday, Paulino Rivero said in an interview that these trips represent a "zero cost" to taxpayers, as there, he explained, a set number of hours per year, "but not consumed" all.
