World Bank officials yesterday confirmed its financial support for the conclusion of the First World Summit of African descent, to be held in the city of La Ceiba, Honduras, on 18, 19, 20 and August 21, 2011, in response to Resolution 64/169 of the United Nations Organization UN, World Bank support will enable the mobilization of civil society representatives of African descent in various countries towards city \u200b\u200bof La Ceiba, to share experiences, challenges and proposals for responsibility to promote development sustainable integral identity of black communities.
's tour ODECO advocacy and the Executive Secretary of the First World Summit of African descent held in the city of Washington, has included participation in the Conference Regional International Year of African Descent, held at the OAS on March 14 was announced under which the First World Summit of African descent and held talks with Ms. Maria Silvia Guillen, OAS Special Rapporteur Against Racism, Mr. James A. also held a major Meeting with HE Ms. Amina S. Ali, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the African Union, the United States of America, and the Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Honduras in Washington.
