After delivering relevant information and invitations to accompany the First World Summit of African descent, we get all the attention, recognition and expectations of support by Mr. José Antonio Morales Carbonell, Assistant Secretary of the Interior and State Modenización, Mr. Edgar Chamorro Marin, Executive Director of the Central American Integration System, SICA, Mr. Romeo Escobar, Director of Support Unit SICA Executive Director, Mr. Roberto Cuellar, Executive Director of the Inter-American Human Rights Institute, Lady Victoria Napky, Deputy Director of IIHR.
